City Council Approves Nativity & Scripture

Friends,

I am thrilled to announce that the Raleigh City Council approved our request by a unanimous vote!  The construction will begin on Friday and we should have it complete by next Monday.

It was a friendly encounter and started with Mayor Meeker saying, "It's nice to see you again, Mr. Noble"!  I believe the tide is turning in our battle to see Christmas brought back to a place of honor in the public square.  When we get informed and simply exercise our rights, we can and do make a difference.  I was especially pleased to be able to share Jesus in every television interview.

We will send out pictures when the display is complete, as well as some contact emails so that you can thank and encourage the businesses that made this possible.

A special "thank you" to those of you who came down to the meeting and those of you who were praying!
