Is it OK for Christians to be "judgmental"?

Friends,

This Saturday we will be tackiling one of my pet peeves as a Christian...the abuse of the scripture "Judge not lest ye be judged"!

Are we supposed to just sit back and say nothing as our society goes to hell in a handbasket?  When people are living terribly immoral lives are we to stay silent?  When a person shares a falsehood should we just bite our lip?  Is it ever OK to be judgmental?
